Unexpectedley but peacefully on December 11, 2013, aged 70 years.

Beloved Wife to Bill, cherished Mum to Dawn and Nigel and adored Nan to Jessica and William.

Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, December 20, 2013, at 9am.

No flowers please by request but donations would be appreciated to the Severn Hospice.

Bill, Nigel, Dawn & family we are so very sorry to here of your loss. I have many fond memories of Janet as a child, from the Jam on toast she always offered me to all the patch-up jobs she preformed on me with plasters, she will be dearly missed. In our thoughts, Love Mark Llewellyn & family.
