Of Elizabeth Avenue, [S]Bridgnorth, passed away [S]peacefully at his home on December 12, 2013, after a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, aged 63 years.

Much loved Husband of Hazel, dearly loved Dad of Rachel and Vickie, Father-in-law of Nathan and Ian, a devoted and proud Grandad of Talia, Ryan, Reece, Jasmine and Isaac, Brother of Gordan and Brother-in-law of Sylvia.

Funeral Service at the Church of St Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth, on Friday, December 20, at 1pm, to be followed by Interment in Bridgnorth Cemetery.

Flowers or donations [S]if desired for DEBRA [S](Epidermolysis Bullosa) for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at the Church.
