Mr John Booth, Rona, Sharon and the Family of the late Mrs Pat Booth wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, kind Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations which are being received for and will be divided between Bridgnorth Helping Hand and the Midlands Air Ambulance.

Special thanks to her Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford for all your efforts on Pat's behalf throughout her very long illness, to all the outside agencies for their support over the many years of looking after Pat at home, to Jean Onions for the beautiful floral tributes, to all at The Danery at Quatford for your hospitality and for looking after everyone sowell afterwards and to the Rev Gabriele Britton-Voss and Organist Dr Robert Fowler for leading a most comforting Service.

Your support has been very much appreciated by us all.
