Of Second Avenue, Ketley Bank, Telford, passed away peacefully at home on November 29, 2013, aged 82 years.
Beloved Husband of the late Joan, cherished Dad of Chris and Maxine, devoted Grandad of Adam, Darren and Shani.
Willbe sadly missed by all his Family, Friends and trusted Companion of Ben.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, December 23, at 1pm.
No flowers by request, donations if desired please to be divided between The Princess Royal Hospital Haematology Trust Fund and Macmillan Nurses, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
