Died peacefully on December 11, at the Severn Hospice, after a short illness, aged 72 years.

A loving Father to Rachel and a good Friend to many.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium on Thursday, December 19, at 4.45pm.

Informal attire - no black.

No flowers by request but donations in memory of Trevor will be given to Save the Children.
