Passed away peacefully after a short illness on December 7, 2013, at the Severn Hospice, aged 78 years.
Beloved Husband, Father and Grandad.
Tom will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, December 19, at 2.30pm.
Flowers welcome but donations if desired to the Severn Hospice for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
