Passed away on December 5, 2013, aged 76 years.

Beloved Husband of Kay, adored Dad of Vance, Shelly, Anji and the late Helen and a cherished Grandad.

Loved and dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Hereford Crematorium on Wednesday, December 18, at 1.30pm.

Flowers welcome.
