Passed away peacefully on December 2, 2013, at the Severn Hospice, aged 52 years.

Loving Partner of Jonathan and Mum of Megan.

Carol will be greatly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, December 17, at 11am.

Please wear black with a hint of colour.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between the Severn Hospice and Macmillan Nurses, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
