Funeral Service, 11am, Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

Formal dress with a hint of Arsenal Football Club colour please.

No flowers but donations, if so desired, for Parkinsons UK and Dementia UK for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
