Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on Thursday, November 28, 2013, aged 61 years, after a short illness.

Dick will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, December 9, at 3.15pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to the ITU Ward, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
