Passed away peacefully on November 26, 2013.

Loving Wife of Ray, much loved Mum of Melanie and Mandy, precious Matma to Michael, Sophie and Jayden.

Willbe sadly missed by all.

Funeral Service, 2.45pm, Tuesday, December 10, at Christ Church, Wellington, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

It is requested by the Family that a splash of red be worn.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to be divided between the Severn Hospice Telford and The British Heart Foundation.
