Passed away peacefully at home on November 26, 2013, aged 60 years.

Beloved Mother of Pauline and Jools, dearly loved Nan of Shannon, Charlotte and Ella, Great-Grandmother of Georgia, Sister ofNancy and Henry and a dear Friend of Wally.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, December 11, at 11am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for Ward 9 at The Princess Royal Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium
