Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on November 24, 2013, aged 55 years.
Loving Husband of Fay, devoted Dad of Kristy, much loved Son of Dennis and the late Marion, adored Brother of Paula and Steve and Brother-in-law of Julie and John.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Thursday, December 5, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations would be appreciated for The NSPCC, which may be given via the collection box at the Crematorium or alternatively at
