Of Hyde Farm, Middleton Priors. Passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, aged 75 years.

Beloved Husband of Sylvia, Father of Julie, David and Carol and Grandad to Jade.

Will be sadly missed by his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service on Thursday, November 28, 2013, at St John the Baptist Church, Ditton Priors, at 12 noon, followed by Internment in the Church Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers for The Lingen Davies Cancer Relief Fund would be appreciated, for which purpose a collection box will be provided.

All Relatives and Friends please meet at the Church.
