Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, on November 16, 2013, aged 75 years.

Much loved Wife of Nigel, loving Mom of Allan.

Funeral Service at the Church of St Chad, Pattingham, on Monday, December 2, at 1.45pm, to be followed by Cremation at Gornal Wood Crematorium, Dudley.

Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to be divided between The Alzhiemer's Society and The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church.
