Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on November 17, 2013, aged 79 years.

Beloved Husband of Beryl, loving Father of Karen, Angela, Susan, David anda devoted Grandad who will be forever remembered by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Thursday, November 28, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be used to purchase medical equipment for The Princess Royal Hospital, in Tony's memory would be appreciated.
