Passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice on November 16, 2013 in the presence of her Son.

Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if wished to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
