Passed away peacefully at Stafford Hospital after a short illness, on November 7, 2013, aged 62 years.

Beloved Husband to Margaret, loving Dad to Andrew and Jennifer and a much loved Grandad to Jamie and Matthew.

A private Family Cremation Service will be followed by a Thanksgiving Service, which is to be held at St. Lawrence's Parish Church, Gnosall, on Wednesday, November 20, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only.
