Of Coronation Drive, Donnington, Telford. Passed away peacefully after a long illness bravely borne on November 2, 2013, aged 53 years. Beloved Son of Doris and the late William, dear Brother of Thomas and Geoffrey and Uncle of Gary, Brian, Richard and Shirley.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, November 18, at 1pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
