Hazel
Of Coton Hill, Shrewsbury and formerly of Snailbeach, passed away in the Severn Hospice, on October 30, 2013, aged 77 years, peacefully in the presence of Joe and Anne.
Beloved Wife of Joe, Hazel will be greatly missed by Joe, her Nieces and Nephews, also Diana and Shaun, Friends and wonderful Neighbours.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, November 15, at 11am.
No black at Hazel's request.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired tothe Severn Hospice, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
