Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on October 8, 2013, aged 69 years.
Devoted Husband to Thelma and loving Father to Michael and Andrew, Father-in-law to Vicky and Rachel, loving Brother to Margaret and much loved Grandad to Jack, Daniel, Daisy, Ellie, Jessica, Mikey, Olivia, Ben, Isobel and Joshua, Nieces and Nephews Rachael, Joanne, Gary and Laurie.
He will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral Service to be held at The Abbey Church, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at 12.30pm, followed by Interment.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation.

Thelma and family, I am so sorry that I have missed Jacks funeral, he was a great lad and I know he will be sadly missed by all his family and everyone who knew him.
