Of Wem, formerly of Bowmere Heath, passed away peacefully at home, on October 10, 2013, aged 75 years.

Beloved Partner of Brenda, loving Father of Susie and a treasured Grandfather of Amy.

David will be sadly missed by all hisloving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, October 22, at 11am.

Dress code optional.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be shared between the Severn Hospice and theMidland Air Ambulance for which purpose, a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
