Peacefully after a long illness on October 8, 2013, aged 72 years, of Woore.

Beloved Husband to Chris. Devoted Dad to Simon, Debbie and Sarah. Loving Grandad and Great-Grandad. A dear Father-in-Law.

He will be missedby all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 2pm, on Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at St. Leonard's Church, Woore, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only, but donations if so desired for Madeley Medical Practice and DraytonHome Care, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
