Mrs Gail Humphries, Mr Simon Howley and their Families wish to to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy and prayers received on the loss of such a very special lady, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Alzheimers Society, totalling œ216.50 to date. Your support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to her Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at the Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford, for your care and kindness to Iris throughout her illness, to Jane for the beautiful floral tributes, to all who participated in the Ceremony, for your very personal contributions to a special lady, to all at The Plume of Feathers, at Harley, for your hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Revd. Marjorie Brooks and Organist Mr Oliver Clarke for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of Iris' life.
