Of Parkdale, Hadley, Telford, passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford, in the presence of his Family, on September 14, 2013, aged 65 years.
A dearly loved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.
Funeral Service,11am, Tuesday, September 24, at Holy Trinity Church, Hadley, followed by Interment in Hadley Cemetery.
Family flowers only by request but donations for Cerebra (a charity for brain damaged Children).
