Of Telford. Passed away suddenly on September 7, 2013, aged 51 years. Beloved Wife of Casey, devoted Mother of Matthew and Daniel and a loving Grandma of Nathan.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, September23, at 12 noon.

Floral tributes or donations, if desired please, for The Cerebral Palsy Charity, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
