Passed away peacefully at home on September 9, 2013, aged 52 years.

Beloved Husband of Gerry, Dad of Adam and Aidan, Son of Betty and the late Stan, Brother of Julie and Gilly, Son-in-law of Lucy and Brother-in-law of Mark and the late David.

Loved and so dearly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St John's Church, Ludlow, on Saturday, September 28, at 12 noon, followed by Burial in Ludlow Cemetery.

Flowers welcome.

Donations kindly received in David's memory in lieu of flowers will be given to Pancreatic Cancer UK.
