Isaac Michael Joseph

Isaac, a treasured Son to Gareth and Sonya, a much loved Brother to Jasmine, Lola and Jacob, adored Grandson to Michael, Sheila and Carole, was sadly taken from us on September 4, 2013, aged 1 year and 11 months.

Isaacwill be sorely missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Service to take place at The Abbey Church, Shrewsbury on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at 11am, followed by a Committal Service at Emstrey Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Abbey Church for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in Church.
