Roger, Richard, Chris and the Family of the late Mr Len Forrest wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to Kidney Research UK. Your wonderful support has been gratefully appreciated by us all.

Special thanks to his Doctors, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice and to all the Staff at Bridgnorth Infirmary for your care and kindness to Dad throughout his illness, to Ebenezer's Florists for the beautiful floral tributes, to Steve, Norma and the Teamat Northgate Restaurant for your hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Reverend Les Doughty and Organist Mr Robert Fowler for leading a most comforting Ceremony.
