Of Avon Close, Little Dawley.

Passed away at home surrounded by his loving Family and Friends, on August 31, 2013, aged 61 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Christine, loving Father of Sophie and Glyn.

Funeral Service 1pm, Friday, September 13, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Cancer Research UK would be appreciated.
