Of Riverside Avenue, Coalport. Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on August 26, 2013, aged 61 years. Loving Husband and best Friend of Denise, beloved Son of Phyllis and the late Maurice.

Funeral Service, 11am, Tuesday, September 10, at All Saints Church, Broseley, followed by Interment at Benthall Churchyard.

Black dress optional.
