Of Forden, passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, on Friday, August 16, 2013, aged 69 years.
Beloved Husband of Anne, much loved Father and Father-in-law of Carol and Barry, Carl and Hayley, Wayne and Tori, devoted Grandad of Corey, Whitney and Josh.
Very much loved by all his Family.
Funeral Service at St. Michael's Church, Forden, on Thursday, August 29, at 2.30pm, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.
Dress code optional.
Family flowers only.
Donations would be appreciated for the Severn Hospice.
