Passed away on August 22, 2013, aged 55 years. A much loved Son, Dad, Partner, Brother, Grandson, Grandad, Uncle and Brother-in-law. Loved and dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to takeplace at St John's Church, Ludlow on Saturday, September 14, 2013, at 12 noon, followed by Burial in Ludlow Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Dave's memory being divided between Help for Heroes and Shropshire Army Cadet Force.
