Terry
Of Woodside, Telford, passed away suddenly at New Cross Hospital, on August 15, 2013, aged 52 years.
Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Son.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Thursday, August 29, at Telford Crematorium.
Flowers welcome but if desired donations for The Rainbow Trust Children's Charity would be appreciated.
