Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 18, 2013, with his loving Family beside him, aged 77 years.

Tom, a devoted Husband to Marj, a much loved Dad of Les and Pauline, a treasured Stepdad to Glyn, Pam and Lynda andalso a cherished Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Service and Cremation at Crewe Crematorium, on Thursday, August 29, 2013, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the RNLI and Mischa's Wish Fund.
