Gramps, you chose the day you wanted to leave, on my birthday, I couldn't believe.

My first breath in, your last breath out, we shared that day in our own special way.

Your heart had broke the day we lost Nan, to meether again soon was your only plan.

Now enjoy time together in that cloud bed of love, Lord look after them both in Heaven above.
