On August 16, 2013, peacefully in Hospital at Bridgnorth, in the presence of his Family, following a long illness, Len Forrest, of Hillside Avenue, Bridgnorth, formerly of Caddick Road, Great Barr, Birmingham, in his93rd year.

The Husband of the late Dorothy Forrest, loving Father of Roger and Richard, Father-in-law of Chris, dear Grandad of Felicity, Cassie, Jonathan and the late Vicky and Great-Grandad of Caden and Taylor. Much loved, Len will be sadly missed byall his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, (TF2 9NJ) on Tuesday, September 3, at 1.00pm.

Family flowers only by request please, but donations for Kidney Research UK are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collectionbox will be provided at the Crematorium.
