Of Shade Oak, Four Crosses, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 9, 2013, aged 75 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Hazel, devoted and much loved Father of Michael and Judith, Father-in-law to John and Meirwen and Grandad of Thomas, Matthew, Haydn and Isabelle, Brother to Geoff, Cynthia, Philip and the late Arthur.

Dennis will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take place at St. Tysilio's Church, Four Crosses, on Friday, August 16, at 11am, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only.
