Passed away peacefully at home on August 1, 2013, aged 74 years.

Devoted Husband to Beryl, dearly loved Father to Debbie and Lynn, treasured Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Derek will be sadly missed by allhis Family and Friends.

A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate Derek's life will take place at 1pm on Monday, August 19, 2013 at All Saints Church, Baschurch, following a private Family Cremation.

Donations if desired will be divided between All SaintsChurch, Baschurch and The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital.

Black dress optional.
