Passed away suddenly on July 22, 2013, at the age of 63.

Loving Father of Zoe.

He will be greatly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, August 5, 2013, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please but donations for The Midlands Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
