Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, aged 66 years.
Dearly loved Wife of James, Mother of Wayne and Jason, Sister of Judy, Clive and Jan, much loved Nan of Lee and Tally.
Funeral Service, 10am, Saturday, July 20, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Midland Air Ambulance which can be given via a collection box at the Crematorium or alternatively at www.williams funerals.com
