Of Leonards Close, Donnington, Telford. Passed away peacefully on July 4, 2013, aged 64 years. Beloved Mom of Darren, Donna, Scott, Paul and Sharon and a loving Nan to her many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Service tobe held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, July 17, at 11am.
Floral tributes if desired or donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
