Of Shifnal, passed away peacefully in hospital, on Monday, June 24, 2013, aged 79 years.

A much loved Mom, Gran and Great-Gran.

She will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium,on Wednesday, July 10, at 1pm, followed by Committal.

Family flowers only please but donations to be divided between The British Heart Foundation and The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
