The Family of the late Richard wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives and Friends for cards, messages of sympathy and kindness at this sad time and attendance at the Funeral and donations of œ1,020, for the SevernHospice, Telford and The Air Ambulance.

Special thanks to Carers who looked after Richard at home, Pam, Wendy, Judy and Suzanne, their kindness and gentleness with Richard was wonderful.

Also many thank to Doctor O'Toole and Maureen Williams from Wellington Medical Practice.

Sue Falder, for the Service, Shelley's Flowers, Julie and Staff at The Wickett's Inn, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, finally a sincere thank you to Harry Edwards & Sons, for their professional care and support at this very sad time.
