Julian, Jonathon, Janet, Daniel and Laura, the Family of the late Mrs Pat Shaw wish to express their sincere thanks to all kind Friends, former Colleagues and other members of the Church Family for the many cards, letters and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations to The A-T Society.

Special thanks to Diane Taylor, Doreen England, Ian Baker, the Staff at the Bridgnorth Medical Practice and the Community and Macmillan Nurses for your care, kindness and support that enabled the Family to nurse Pat at home until the very end, which was so important to us all, to Jean Banks, Peter Cates, LauraShaw and James Pogson for your personal contributions to the occasions, to Mr Chris Adams and the Staff at Perry & Phillips for their care and attention to detail throughout, to Helen and her Team at Ebenezer's Florists for the beautiful floral tribute,to the Staff at Costa for their personal tribute, to the bell ringers at The Parish Church of St Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth for your most moving tribute and to the Revds Simon Cawdell, Angela Rogers and Andrew Roberts, Organist Dr John Turnock and all members of the Choir for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of her life.
