Ian
Of Second Avenue, Ketley Bank, Telford. Passed away peacefully at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital on June 14, 2013, aged 63 years. Beloved Husband of the late Julia Burns, loving Father of Julie, Michael, Ian, Martin, Sarah and Tim, much loved Grandfather and Great-Grandfather and a special Brother of Joyce and Jean.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, June 27, 2013, at 9am.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for The ITU and HDU Departments at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
