Passed away on June 6, 2013, aged 53 years.
Loving Husband and best Friend of Teresa, much loved and devoted Dad of Joshua and Nathan.
Will always be in our hearts and never replaced.
Funeral Service, 11am, Tuesday, June 25, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only please but donations to be divided between Cancer Research UK and The Midland Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
