Passed away at Lightmoor View Care Home, on June 8, 2013, after a long illness, aged 63 years.
Dearly loved Wife of Charlie.
Funeral Service 2.30pm, Tuesday, June 25, at Emstrey Crematorium,Shrewsbu ry.
No flowers by request but donations to the Midlands Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
No black clothing to be worn.
