Passed away peacefully in the Severn Hospice, Bicton, on June 8, 2013.

A devoted Husband to Audrey and a much loved Dad to Stuart, Philip, Stephanie and Angela, a treasured Pop to Gareth,Gemma, Jen, Jack, Ella, Cole, Cerris and Jessica.

Jack will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at 3.15pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations, if desired, to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
