Of Castlefields Shrewsbury and formerly Westbury.
Passed away on June 1, 2013, at the Severn Hospice, aged 56 years.
Devoted Husband of Julie, loving Father of Matthew, Stepfather of Simon, Darren and Andrew, Father-in-law of Sara, Nicky, Katie and Gail, treasured Grandad of baby Charlie, Luke, Ben and Chloe.
Charlie will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be shared between The Royal Naval Benevolent Fund and the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
